The Deal:

If you produce and supply us with (or drop ship) the tapes, here is our deal:  Our e-commerce site will handle your orders and collect the revenue, and pass the orders on to you for shipping, or we can handle the shipping for you by keeping the entire shipping and handling fee. Our fee is 50% of the selling price, with credit card processing fees and website fees covered in the agreement. The fee is negotiable for nationally recognised authors or authors who will agree to a major promotional campaign featuring the website.  Negotiated fees involve a promotion contract, and typically will reduce fees to 40-45% of the selling price.  Payments are issued every two weeks, less any charge-backs. Orders must be filled in no more than two weeks time from our delivery of the order to you.  

The Fine Print:

If we are shipping for you you must keep us supplied with product, we may have to pull your ads, if our stock runs low. We like to keep a two to three week supply on hand. If you are shipping orders we turn over the shipping and handling fee to you, less one dollar for our processing overhead.  You may set your S+H fee if you are handling the fulfillment of orders. E-mail is the preferred way of processing orders for you. We supply a POP/3 e-mail address for this purpose. Order fulfillment done in a consistent, quick and friendly manner is considered by us as crucial to the long term success of the site, as such we reserve the right to terminate titles with constant fulfillment complaints or problems.

You can supply your own website information or we can compose pages for you. Set-up and publishing fees are normally around $250.00 + 60.00 per page, order forms are included in setup. If you do your own website we will supply html code to process orders. There is a $100 fee for setting up such sites. We require all of our authors to offer a reasonable money back policy and recommend at least 15 days.  As long as we get no complaints the entire amount of the revenue is turned over to you, less our fees. However, if we get complaints, we reserve the right to withhold an additional 5% to cover returns and charge-backs. Authors wanting us to produce your tapes , or materials, should call for a quote, after submitting an abstract, biography and sample ad for the work. Typically if we handle everything, but the source recording, the authors fee will be 15% of the selling price. If we also produce the source recordings, the author fee will normally be 10% of the selling price.
